Coheed and Cambria!?!? BLAST FROM THE PAST JACK! `How that man gets his voice to go THAT high will always be a mystery to me. The Used and AFI are better bands but Havoc literally clapped his voice box the fuck out singing in a lower octave. Inspiring. I play rhythm guitar and scream/lead vocals for A Wilhelm Scream. If you've never heard of us, check out "The Rip". Very old, almost fucking vintage but, doesn't suck. We actually fucked pretty hard. Through a couple suicides, heroin, booze, prison, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, and many, many other traumatic incidents including for me, 10 years in the Marines, I'm the only original member left. We don't record or play shows anymore we just jam at my automotive fabrication shop. We still shred from what my wife says. She jumps my bones immediately every time we get home from a session she tags along for but, without Bawlzack, TAB, and Outhouse is just not the same. Those are all nicknames without any semblance of clever designation. Cheers.

To the author, Is this silver king the same from the delivery boy stories with rufus or max the dog humanoids? Because the silver king drops a mailman refference in the story after his explaining a king does of course have knights. Only this silver king is not represented as the hooded boy in the other story but as creatures from different dimensions I just figured the king can change shape too. I was wondering because a lot of similarities between a human and a creature partner with life threatening adventures is the idea here.

Greek art often portrays sirens as grotesque. It's possible that their origin comes from Asia, where they were depicted as half human, half chicken women who would steal souls 😂 thats what I remember, anyway. The living, ever evolving body of mythology is fascinating!
