Should max E first there, the Q is a trap and runs you out of mana. Also boots are super important, you have to buy them asap and can't use free boots usually.

He said he wanted to go a speed build. Liandry's is no speed. W max is so trash even with a speed build. At that point, sett is just going to outheal any damage you do. Spacing 100% could have been better though and the early sett t2 boot buy fucked him hard since magical footwear locked him out of early boots. With early boots, you easily kite sett even without w max.
