Fabulous and energizing video. Needs to be played at staff meetings at the beginning of the school year. Rockie - your statement encapsulates the general problem. When you say "system" however you lose sight of individuals whose lives revolve around a chosen profession. No teacher gets to choose his students, nor is able to remove those whose behavior negatively affects the entire learning environment. Spend a week in a class room, follow a teacher through the day.
