I'm glad you're liking ACC again. Since I joined lfm I've been liking ACC a lot more again, and man have I had some awesome racing in it. I recognize a few of the names you've raced with in this video and they brought back some nice memories. H. Blobber and I had an insane battle around donington a few weeks back. It was so much fun. I'm still waiting to have an on track battle with you though haha, would be awesome to finally be able to do that after watching you for so long!

8:10 That's netcode. It's like the driver was raptured, and the physics engine just runs an empty car. It's jarring at best, like in this example, or deadly if it happens on Radion. If anything, its taught me to stay focused on my race and not the cars ahead.

I’ve just bought a gaming laptop and got myself all the ACC stuff. I was getting sick of waiting for console DLC. I seem faster now than on PlayStation as well, weirdly enough. I think being able to change my view made a huge difference! Getting some practice in on the laptop before taking to online. Hopefully see you around soon, matey

Your setup is most of the problem here... your brakes should be cooling off by the end of the straight away completely blue... that way your tires can cool off. Not sure what your camber and toe settings are but there should be almost no red bar. And on this track you should probably should be using the 80 to 100% wing. My average laps are in the 43s and what helped me get there was taking all the camber out completely maxed out -4.0) all the toe (same thing -3.8ish) Max wing and all the ducting. now granted I haven't driven the Audi. I normally Drive the Ferrari or the Lexus. Just give it a try no red bar for toe or camber. If the car under steers add rear car height to the suspension if it oversteers lower the rear end suspension.

I run these pedals. My best advice for you is after 2-3 weeks of racing is to add 2 or 3 washers to the brake pedal.

@@bryanmurray8011 I've seen kits that add a little more realism to the brakes. Think it involves some plastic compressors of some kind. I have a 3D printer so if I do mod them, that would probably be the first one I do. Not sure what plastic they use as PLA is probably too brittle. I have ABS, which might do the job.

It somehow feels more immersive for me, don’t know exactly why but you just feel more connected. Also I don’t think that sound/ graphics wise iRacing is far ahead behind ACC. there's (to me) something just off about ACC's in car cockpit visuals ..... it just doesn't look organic at all. its like as if its a cut out stuck on the screen externally, or akin to what test drive was where the road moved to you not you on the road...... its like mark zuckerberg talking about bbq'ing ... its just doesn't seem natural

There might be something on how you set your lock to horizon and movement. Looks like DC has a very strong lock to horizon and lets the car move around the driver a lot

Triple ultrawide 3440x1440 works well for me with a RTX-3080-Ti using FSR. Is it actually your processor which is the bottleneck?

KTAA is the anti-aliasing you want to go for. Post processing at medium and bloom at medium is important. Don't put it on high cos it's expensive. And low makes the game look terrible. All other settings should be between medium and high.
