Hey kage, here's a tip: you dont have to always hold his E. You can stack up just by using basic attack. You just have to swirl with any elements. Edit: i didn't know about the 0 ICD thing so thanks to the comment below me for telling me and others about it :D

You don't need to hold the e skill. Just swirl elements and he gets a stack. The ICD just prevents him to get all 4 faster. If it wasn't his combo would be faster.
