Really nice boat . Good job on the added options. I just got my first Ranger a few weeks ago and I really like it.. You should have a gas strut on the day box in front of the console mine has it( z520r). It took mine 6 months to arrive also.

Thanks bud! Good to know about the strut. It was almost comical to me why some have and some don’t. I’m sure it was a miss during assembly.

my 2022 519 cup arrived with tons of gel coat issues took a month to fix the 27 blemishes but now it appears to be good?? waited 4 months plus another 5 weeks to fix it. still has the wrong cover and the cheapest tires I have ever seen on a ranger. hope your ranger is doing fine. have not had mine in the water yet, will wait until spring at this point. also just got a recall notice on the merc!!! wish the rear boxes has struts also!1 you need the latch protectors to protect gel coat if you didn't already get them. the black divider is useless I have found and the compartment latches are very low quality

Sorry to hear. Crazy about your recall notice! I have 13 hours on mine and so far so good very impressed with the 4 stroke. As far as the gel coat that’s insane. Agree about the latches. Very cheap and I’ve had to adjust them again and again to close. Tires are terrible very cheap. The divider thing is pretty worthless.

Beautiful boat!! Thanks for showing us! At 6:41 you mentioned that with the Zpack you get the hydraulic jackplate. I'm a little confused. Also, when I was on the Ranger website, I couldn't configure any other motors besides the Mercury. Are they strictly dealing with Mercury now?

Hey Duke! Actually mine is manual I wish I did hydraulic though. Mercury appears to be in bed with Ranger. I will say I’m very happy with this four stroke. It’s a beast!

Nice boat! I love that color option E I think it is. Question, the Z500 series don't come with push button keypads...was that an added option on your boat? Some people don't like them but I like the look and functionality of the touch pad

Thanks, you know it’s funny you ask. I didn’t think the 518 came with a touchpad system either. From all the options I picked the only guess is because I added the z package with LED live well and compartment lights they put the panel on this boat to control. When I take it in to get the port console added I’ll ask my guy.

damn man,i have the exact same boat 2022 model and it has a entirely different switch panel at the driver area.i searched around for videos of the boat to try and understand the live well system.mine has a switch with a hour glass symbol indicating a timer but it does nothing.it has 2 switches showing pumpout that do nothing.its kinda disappointing but at least when the pump is turned on,it flows water in there keeping the fish alive...i should add,i have a single axle trailer and dont clearance issues.

Those tires are crap. Had them on my 461vs for a month and had a blowout. Immediately took them off and put on Goodyears. It’s been 3 years no tire issues.
