For the wrist: Try icing it for 15 mins then the next day try to strengthen it by doing the Supination/Pronation wrist exercise: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fYDRi5xnp8h-qrMsi=2z3qgeQS4bCxVan4 (You can do it with a hammer as shown in the video, the point is to have an object where one side is considerably heavier and one side lighter, you grab it from the lighter side and load your wrist by doing pain free reps!) hope this helps, lmn if it works or if you need more exercises. Edit: Forgot to mention: don't directly apply the ice, grab a towel or something and then apply it to the part of the wrist where it hurts.
