Finally got to watch this as I'm done with my finals as of yesterday and have now officially completed the second year of uni I think you definitely were burnt out. It's only natural when you had so much on your plate. Hopefully this next period relieves some of the intensity and pressure of the former :) Glad to hear the transition was smooth for you. That is honestly one of my biggest fears in terms of grad school. However, it doesn't help that the chances of me doing my Master's at my current uni are pretty much non-existent since the good scholarships like mine are primarily reserved to undergrads The toothpick story 😭😭 Not your first thought being your exam lmaoo. Istg school tramatized us all Ahh it's exciting that you'll be studying abroad. I'm looking forward to see where you end up :)

Also, I probably sound like such a nerd, but I just don't tend to watch youtube much when I'm busy cause it feels like too much commitment, yet I'll be scrolling on instagram (and formerly tiktok, but my uni banned it from the uni-wide wifi 🥲) for hours on end. Make it make sense

I know a guy from my hometown that studied at the same uni as me and did the same program as me and is now finishing up his Master's in Germany. It's a lot more affordable. Ikr?! Haha, "You have to go the ER..." Anita: "No." 🤣 I completely get you, like when a car ran over my foot and they said I couldn't play my cricket grand final I was like "Yeah I'm gonna pretend I didn't hear that..." Honestly, half a toothpick, I don't think I'd have even called anyone unless I felt pain. I think stomach acids might break that down reasonably effectively? Like I don't think the human stomach would complete destroy it the way some mammals' stomachs can, but toothpicks are not exactly made of oak are they... I appreciate the irony of the thing that advertised it being vegan turning out to be the least natural thing you've eaten for a long time haha.
