As you probably have seen, my challenge was taking a cold plunge. there are multiple things that I want to share about that with all of you. first of all, as a disclaimer, it is necessary to know that when you enter into cold water, you are immediately risking getting hypothermia, which is not a good thing this risk increases depending on how cold the water is, and for how long will you be staying there. In my case, I chose to stay in the river for a minute but let's rewind up a little bit yesterday evening. I got motivated and decided to do this challenge after recording some parts of this video. but then I didn't sleep that well, and when I woke up this morning, I really didn't feel like going to the river. I was scared of the cold, of how my body would respond to how the river looked. After some thought, I decided that this was necessary and even though I went outside with the idea of skipping this event I changed my mind and simply went for it I did not prepare anyway for this, and I sure did not expect the bottom of the river to be covered in ice. When I first walked into the water I wasn't shocked by the cold because I got some adrenaline that rushed into my brain, and I was mainly scared to get taken into the depths of the river to slip deeper and deeper. I was too scared to move or to go further into the water but ended up in the best way possible if we don't mention my loss of my microphone and I'm happy that I did this.
