You speak clearly and are easy to listen too, don't beat yourself up too much about rambling! I primarily do presentations & lecturers so I appreciate it's not quite the same but I also found that if I didn't script them I'd ramble. But scripting for me doesn't mean I read every word I wrote down. It helps me practise my speach to make sure I get the most important parts out and then I feel comfortable giving myself the creative license to say the rest in way that makes most sense for the audience on the day. Good luck in finding the right mix :)
