"I didn't need to see what anyone else was doing..." How inspiring to this world seeking only outside... ❤️ Thanks so much, Roshni and Stillpoint yoga.

Thank you for sharing so clearly and beautifully about your journey of opening to your infinite potential through Ashtanga Yoga. I, for one, am so grateful for being introduced to the practice of Ashtanga during a dark night of the soul. But with that said, I sometimes forget, and listening to you, I re-remembered why I practice-thank you! I'm so happy you ended with "I am enough." Much gratitude and many blessings!

Oh wow. I didn't know I was going to listen to the whole interview, hanging on every word. What a soul. What a beautiful woman. What a perfect voice for the power and gifts of Ashtanga yoga as a trellis on which to grow a good life. Thank you, Roshni!

And just as Jack told us, Roshni reminds us that through our Ashtanga practice we learn we are enough just as we are.

What amazes me is that I can't find anyone else interviewing Roshni. What a wonderful video. I truly needed a good blast of humility and gratitude this morning. Thank you both

I am enough. There are soooo many people that need to find that inside of themselves. I'm one of those. 67 and still not believing it. Thank you so much Peace and blessings
