At First U Get Bidoof U Have To raid for the path u chose and do The O if u chose diamond u will freeze time use time of roar from dialgia if u chose palkia raid for O palkia if u use its power Thats 5 candys or more u can see Pokémon for long distance hope this helped

I chose Dia ver. Because many say Dialga’s durability is better than Palkia. It’s actually up to you what to choose but some chose Palkia because of the effciency. So durability vs efficiency : is the topic that you have to think of.

This was only for the special attack you get from catching the Dialga or palkia (depending on the path) i have origin for dialga & was able to get a special attack from doing this. The attack lets my slow down time so my incense, lucky eggs or any of that would last longer.
