My husband and I met working at an aerospace company. It takes a minimum of 3 to 6 months for background checks to be completed for top secret clearances before being able to start working. My husband an engineer and I was a document specialist. Not only did my department know who had every single document in our facility but if I left ONE cabinet unlocked overnight I would have been fired. Yes, it infuriated me when kushner couldn’t pass a background check and now nobody needs a background check at the White House 😢 it literally makes me sick 🤢

I’ve been cranky since Nov 6th. Even more crankier after diving into a rabbit hole of General Election turnout numbers all the way back to Carter. Typically 60% of eligible voters ever come out and vote in general elections and 40% in midterms! Just ridiculous!!!!

Hey Hawk, this is what I think: when Carmela didn't win I felt let down , I felt like I I have lost my best friend and like many others went through the grieving process for almost 2 days. Couple of days later I was mad at the in between people who weren't mega people and I don't know what to even call them, but they voted for someone knowing what he was like and then they said oh I want to reverse my phone how do I do that? Those next couple of days I was angry not at the voting issue but I was angry enough to want to fight back and that is the mood I am in. People on here now are talking about the resistance. I feel like we're going to be fighting Darth Vader which is almost comical in a sense. But I'm not going to give him or any one of those people my power. I'm not going to feel cranky I'm not going to feel man I'm not going to feel angry and evil and overwhelmed and plotting to do things I'm going to get things done but it'll be the right way to get things done and I'm going to keep my eyes wide open for that. We don't know what tomorrow is going to bring we don't know what is happening behind the doors because we're not going to hear the truth from the media. I don't trust any more polls don't want to hear any more posters talking about poles and I'm just done with that. So I'm just going to keep my chin up and I'm going to hope for better things I'm going to put positive thinking out there because that's what's going to get us through this. 💙🇺🇸
