i started my freeform journey more than 4 months ago, i posted some videos of my progress. I was also scared before started my journey about washing my hair, mildew and buildup. Note that a couple years ago I got my esthetics certification (skin care professional) and during my schooling, we often used mud masks on our clients. Can't believe it took me this long to connect the dots but now that i have i'm never going back reguardless of if i have locks or not, what i'm saying is to use clay to wash not only your hair but also body and even teeth. I've been using bentonite clay, also just tried kaolin (china) clay and they're both literally doing wonders for every aspect of my skin and vitality. Good luck on your journey. I've only typed all this up because I care about spread awareness of health and vitality to my fellow humans, the more we move away from complex products regardless if they're natural and transition to more simple natural materials like clay, we will heal exponentially. The less ingredients our body has to process, the more energy we retain to heal and thrive.
