I use to play smb1 no hit and speed run back 25 years ago. I got it up to 21 straight runs before being hit. That was before the internet and very rare to find a video game player within 100 miles or more.

I don't really have that voice. I'm autistic and learned to rewire my brain through psychology, because I was raised with a BPD mother (likely also autistic). Being raised in a traditionalist mindset causes dissociation from yourself, and physically changes the brain to be high cortisol. I had learned self mastery some through martial arts and meditation. Then I realized what was wrong with how I was raised when I studied psychology. Often that "voice" is a side effect of parenting. I blocked that out earlier in life, then removed it altogether to operate from compassion and desire to learn. So in answer to "everyone has it, including those feelings", that's not the same kind of voice. Consciousness has LAYERS, and what constitutes as subconscious is actually whatever you are emotionally avoiding because it's uncomfortable to think about. It may be uncomfortable because it hurts, or just as a shortcut because you don't want to focus on your bicep each time you move your arm. So essentially you have nervous system responses. That voice is in most people is just their habits and conditioning. I removed most projection, and can feel if something is coming around the corner, or if a friend is upset across distance. Our brains are capable of so much more when you removed conditioning.
