Harry is fighting to stop the release of his immigration papers after concerns were raised over his visa application.
Right-wing group the Heritage Foundation is suing the US government for access to the paperwork.
Heritage argues that Harry's admission in his memoir Spare that he took cocaine should disqualify him from immigrating to the US.
The foundation said that Harry must have lied in his immigration forms - or was given special treatment.

The rumour is that Harry never had a visa in the first place. Barack Obama hastily visited the British PM’s office in February. This was rumoured to be about requesting a diplomatic visa to be issued retrospectively. A diplomatic visa would protect Harry from legal action. But Harry left the UK as a private citizen. He was not a diplomat or a representative of the Monarchy or the UK government. There is no way, IMO, that a retrospective diplomatic visa could be issued. Sunak (British PM) and King Charles need to be very careful. The public backlash would be big.

He remains a COS on the royal website, at the time he allegedly entered the US, he still had the support of his father (remember, he claims the family didn't even know he'd gone to the US). QE2 didn't announce he and his wife has officially departed their roles until February of 2021. It's entirely feasible he entered using his CoS credentials and never applied for a US visa. If he DID, then their narrative about when they decided to 'escape from Canada' is false. One cannot get a visa in a matter of 2-6 weeks.

Why is it taking so long for the just to look at papers? How long is a piece of string? This has been going on for four weeks now? He’s saying another fortnight. How long does it take to look at? Papers? Didn’t let the truth. People want to know if you live because people could go over there and tell lies and get in or get out we know he had to get in which is wrong so why is it taking so long to look at some paperwork? Is it because Georgia has got cases in front of them different cases and got to get round to ours when he gets round to it or is it just stringing us along, we want to know the truth. If Harry filled out the same application I looked at on the Homeland Security website, there is way too much personal information about Harry, Meghan, family etc. for this to be released to the public. Maybe we will be able to see a redacted version.

Probably, and that might be why it has been taking so long to get the answer regarding the question of prior drug abuse. There are probably a few people worried about losing their jobs and pensions if they lie, or don't lie.

Im curious , WHAT PRIVACY would it be invading to the former Prince known as Harry showing the records ? His date of birth is known , who is wife is , and where he lives .. along with finding out what type of visa , MAYBE this could be a link to finding out if there are the 2 alleged children ?? I assume the number of children would have to have been asked about along with proof of their births ?🤔😮

Other people have been denied a visa such as Amy Winehouse for saying they used drugs on a visa application. So if Hazard said he did use than why is this puff getting special treatment and allowed in. If he lied and said he didn't use while detailing the use in his tired little book than he should be kicked for the lies. Either he lied on the form or in the book or told the truth on the form and got special treatment and should be given the boot.

I’m more interested in what kind of visa he entered with and has remained in the US. Initial reports were that he did not apply for a US greencard (permanent residency) as a spouse (and even if he had he would have gotten preferential treatment in expediting) so what BS visa did he use? Did some business sponsor him and under what grounds? Did he abuse diplomatic privileges? Did their then buddy Trudeau help them expedite the paperwork through diplomatic channels?
