Nothing beats cooking at the comfort of ‘home’ and knowing you’re eating well and healthier! Plus you’re saving money. People ask me does it get lonely… maybe at certain times like when it’s your parent’s bday or something wishing you could share a meal with them or cooking for them, but it’s better than being with the wrong company. A well-deserved and wholesome meal. I adore asparagus and eat them almost daily when in season. Don't ever overcook them though; running them quickly through the steak juices and fat was a excellent idea. Love the interior of your truck; it's clean and cosy.

Steak a little "red" is rare or medium rare - the best. Also, remember to allow a steak to "rest for 10 minutes" after removing it from the heat - it will continue to cook.Overcook meat it will become tough. Invest in a meat thermometer (cheap) - best way to make sure meat is cooked to perfection and ensure chicken and pork are never dangerously undercooked.

Yeah, finally! The dispatchers totally mess up the company with their performance. I never used to get stuck for days with my old dispatchers. This one sucks at booking loads. Being stuck without making money for a few days is just straight-up bad for getting those miles in.
