You look great. You know that with pregnancy more hormones come into play. This creates those emotional moments that you're experiencing. I know you said that you eat protein at all of your meal, but you may have to increase it a little at breakfast and lunch. It gives you the feeling of satiety and keeps you full longer. Also, have a snack about an hour before bedtime-half of a turkey sandwich or nuts or cottage cheese with fruit and some nuts. I too have hypoglycemic episodes and become a raging bear when my sugar drops. Be well.

Idk , it’s hard to say. But I feel like usually constant cravings happens from unbalance diet maybe. Now if I crave sometimes something - cravings don’t last more then few days for me.
