For the night shade lady boss thingy it has stages, the first stage you shoot the lady when Shes on the ground and knock her, then for the second stage when it picks her up you shoot the eyes of the oni then it will repeat the first and second stage multiple times until you kill it, the loot is a mythic smg (i forgot the name) but its insanely overpowered, it also drops a mythic void mask with 50 charges rather than 15, and then it will drop a medallion that automatically reloads your weapons even while shooting (think of it as a buffed machinists reload medallion from chapter 5)
