Yes i love these vlogs! I don’t think they’re boring at all. Also, i like more house #2! Because it is more homely since your kind of “far” from your family but i still find it modern and even if you later have a couple and kids i think it’s perfect for them. You can find so many uses for the guest house, from a studio to an office to literally another house. But that is just my opinion🤗❤️❤️

And house number 1 becuaseeeee the bathrooms are WAY TOO SMALL for a youtuber!!! you receive so much PR and I think the second house is too small for that reason. Its kinda silly reason but you are in NO WAY SHAPE OR FORM a minimalist and I don’t see how you guys could fit all your clothes and makeup nicely in the second home! the first home is very boujee and photo worthy just like your apartment in LA is!!! Definitely #2 it’s a lot more “homey” and more practical, you have a large yard for the city, and you have an entire guest house!! That’s so practical for company such as your parents, or a large amount of friends, it just seems a lot more practical and the view is just as beautiful
