First, congratulations. There's an error in what you said, but it's based on a bit of a lie on Topstep's part. You are not trading with their money. You are just trading with your money. The money you make in the Express account is what they move over into the Live account. So in essence you are building your own book, that they get 10% of. That's ok in my opinion, but you are never trading their money. From their FAQ "The full balance of the Express Funded Account will be the starting balance of the subsequent Live Funded Account."

Im wondering how risk management looked? If that 5th trade was your first trade on the account the account would’ve been basically blown.
