It's small claims court you don't even need a lawyer and to file one it cost $30 but since she filed for $10k max the fee is $75 dollars and clearly she wrote what she was suing for not a lawyer. He could easily get this dismissed without a lawyer there is NO contract for payment and he has said he has video of her agreeing to be on video with no terms. I don't remember the video but if it's out in public he don't need permission anyways. Now what Danny could do is get a lawyer and fight it in small claims court and counter sue her like OP said for lawyer fee's and Danny will win (I hope he does) don't let people walk on you, she isn't innocent. It's a easy win without a lawyer it's like saying you (the person reading this) owe me money. I send your name to small claims court that is what she is doing she has no proof or contract.
