Not one single person in congress is qualified to talk about AI!! Most if not all do not even know what, how or why it even exists!!

No one is "qualified" to talk about "AI". No one is even capable enough to receive any certification, an official recognition from some body of experts neither of which exist, which itself does not exist. "AI" as we currently talk about it has existed for less than five years. The people designing "AI" in its current form are not even, to use the trades terms, not even yet Journeymen. They are perhaps software experts, but on this front there are not even YET those who will become masters of the trade. It's amateurs all the way down.

@@ActuatedGear Exactly!! They paint a scary story in preparation of having "something" to blame for ( deliberate ) mistakes on in the future take overs of all things from all people.. They'll claim it is malfunctioning or acting on it's own something along those lines!! Humans will program all Ai likely including nefarious triggers hoping to scare people into submission. This smells like an global, government, elitist trap!! If it is open source then fine however, watch out if it is not!!

I like AI but i think that it shouldn't be allowed to think on its own. And if minimally later once it has been perfected to that point, it should be meticulously limited or restricted in a way of the rules it is givin as the owner would have to give in verbal permission to act on any ideal it may have that is inside the restrictions to its program.

WINRED unfortunately has made it difficult to donate to Ted Cruz and offers no redress. Millions of dollars are probably left undonated. It is a WINRED problem and not a Ted Cruz campaign problem. WINRED should have conducted a serious audit long ago under RNC Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel.
