The fastest way to be happy is to make a list of thing that you have to do this week, and make them evenly and efficiently spaced through the days, so you are always proud of yourself. This includes cooking aswell, because you spend less money and get a delicious meal for just 1-2 hours of work. The other thing is to always try to find good things in your day, and don't just find the bad things. Bad things are really easy to find, but if you realise the good things, they will even out the bad things and you will generally feel better, because after a while you'll find more good things than bad things.
