My suggestion for mystery at 5:57ish is the main counterweight,on which you could install extra weights on top...for an old weighing scale in a grocers store

G'day Greg, You say you found a button of a similar age with a Dragon on it, perhaps you just found George! Ive been eyeing off an old town hall in a small township nearby, built in 1890 next to a lake, I just have to get the nerve up to chase a permission for it. Crossing my fingers! Seems they didn't have room for the extra P on that odd item. Cheers Mate!

Wild guess 2nd mystery item may be the top of a foot powder can. I found an old Finks Bar button last year a very small one.

Without looking at the previous comments I’m sure someone has told you the blades on the helicopter are called the Rotors. The Main Rotor and the Tail Rotor.
