This was one of the perfect audios that I needed to hear right now because this weekend has been one of the most difficult weekends that I'd ever had to deal with... Today officially marks one year since my father's death and, even still, I can't believe that he's gone... This time last year was definitely one of the worst days of my life, and everything else has pretty much gone downhill from there (no matter how strong I try to be)... I can only "pretend to be okay" for so long... As usual, I'm just getting through each day one day at a time. It's all I can do really... The anxiety, the depression, the stress... this right here is how ALL relationships should be. having communication, being non-judgmental, sincere, and no yelling or arguing over little things.
