My father just had a heart attack and had the SAME EXACT symptoms ypu had. Dont mess around. He survived and got a stent, 100% blocked. If he hadn't gone into the hospital, he would be gone. He also lives in Tucson coincidentally. Take care bud.

Sounds like dehydration w/ a fainting spell ~ stay hydrated in AZ with lots of electrolytes. After working at CCAFS for 3 years, I found that dill pickles/juice works well in replacing everything you sweat out. Especially when eating fire. I was right there about 4 weeks ago. Had a mild heart attack and ended up having to have a triple coronary bypass. Totally out of the blue. I had been having some strange symptoms the previous weeks, but it went south with a worrying new symptom, and I scheduled to go in to my urgent care provider. We were at the airport to pick up some friends from out of country for a visit when I called the urgent care. I drove to the aiirport, and to the urgent care after picking them up! That's how mild it was, but they quickly determined what was going on and scheduled me for surgery the next day. I'm at home recovering now, getting stronger every day, with a good prognosis to get back to full health. It doesn't appear my heart was damaged significantly, so I should have a good long life, just with a few extra blood pathways for it. Much love, Johnny. Get well soon!

I'm so so glad you're well and alive, Johnny. I've recently found your channel, so I've binged almost all of your videos because of your personality. You remind me so much of my dad who passed away recently. He was a big pepper head, thanks to his Mexican lineage. I miss him so much. He always used to bust my chops because unfortunately, I'm no pepper head, lol. I'd always make him laugh with my reactions because my tolerance is abysmal, and honestly, those moments were some of the best I had with him. Cooking was his passion, so naturally, peppers were always on the menu. Please take care of yourself. I'm so glad your brother was there when you needed him most. My brother and I don't talk, sadly. He moved far away and never came back for reasons I can't even comprehend. But anyways, I'm so glad you were treated well at TMC, because I'm from Tucson!

I’m so glad your ok, you are one of the toughest people I know of. Sometimes the body does weird things, I know Arizona is very dry heat, you might not think your dehydrated because your not sweating but the heat still dehydrates you. It’s happened to me before. You’ll be ok

Hope they receive you! I too fell from my chair 2 times and actually vomited either on the fall or after I hit the floor HEAD.. both times. I believe I was dehydrated TERRIBLY and had heat exhaustion both times. I've been focusing more on hydration after those two pass out falls. I was told it looked like I was having a seizure both times but I don't know if it was because I hit my head so hard that I actually got knocked out and just stiffened up or what. It was the only times I've had that happen in life and it still hasn't happened again.

Had a blood pressure scare myself recently, got up to 230/150, I'm in a much healthier range now. Really glad your brother was there for you, this stuff can be frightening, and having true family (related or not) there for you makes all the difference.
