It's more than obvious Bronny's BBIQ and skill level have been hyped up. Bronny should have come into the NBA on the humble instead of having his father and Klutch Sports hype him up more than any other 2024 NBA draft pick. Scottie Pippen Jr would have been the perfect blueprint of a NBA star's son coming into the NBA and earning everything he gets. Guard Boogie Ellis, who actually started in the backcourt at USC, would have been a better second round pick for the Lakers while brining Bronny in on a two way contract. But LBJ's ego wouldn't allow that to happen. LBJ's had to have Bronny hogging the media spotlight from other 2024 draft picks who have actually earned the right to be recognized based on their basketball related particulars.

And if I'm playing nba comp ofc I'll be more careful on my shot selection, I'll try to only take them when I'm considerably open, and trust me I'll def hit 1 of 12. His father wants to be glorified so nobody especially matters not even his son who claimed he doesn’t wanna play with his father. Sad actually

I fault LeBron and Rich Paul for putting Bronny in this position. How do you not foresee that getting your son drafted, when he averaged 5 pts 3 reb 2 ast in college, on a team on which he didn't even start, that this would be controversial? Now he has this pressure and magnifying glass on his game that he wouldn't have had if he had stayed in college
@RobertEcheverriaIII
@RobertEcheverriaIII Ай бұрын
why feel bad ? Lebrons son put in the work and overcame his heart setback. He has the tools tol be a solid player in the league. He can play defense. Which is a solid foundation along with his genetics and potential. Not to mention his father is an amazing player and teammate. Lebron will help him along his nba journey and you have 0 clue what that means to either of them.

@@RobertEcheverriaIII I personally feel bad for him because no player should be going through this level of scrutiny in the developmental stages of their career. THE ONLY reason he's getting this criticism is because he got drafted into the NBA. 1) coming off a heart scare. 2) Averaging 5 pts 3 ast 2 reb on a losing team on which he didn't start and people know that no other player would've gotten drafted from those circumstances but his father forced the issue. Bronny would've been more respected coming in as an undrafted free agent or staying in college and improving his game to the point where he became a legitimate top prospect sought after by multiple organizations. Now he's forced to grow up before he needed too and he's under a magnifying glass because of the way he entered the league

Same day yesterday, the number 53 pick, Jaylen Clark, scored 2 points (1 of 9 shooting)for the Minnesota Timberwolves..but we only want to bash LeBron's kid. I wish you the best bashing a 18-year old millionaire 😂

I actually had the opportunity to watch Alex Sarr at OTE and attend some private workouts. I don't know what he will become, but I know for a fact that he's significantly better right now than Bronny will [likely] ever be. ESPN has done such a terrible job of promoting potential stars of this league, repeatedly propping up this mediocre player simply because he is LeBron's son. I have never in my life seen mediocrity propped up so much in my three-plus decades of watching sports.

Bronny just doesn't have the skills. He can't pass, dribble, or shoot at an NBA level. He's 6'1. He does play hard on defense, and he's athletic. His skills are way behind his athleticism.

Dear Bronny, regardless of whatever way the decision was made, regardless if you feel it was right or wrong. Make the decision to be the best that you can be from here on out and use the support around you as the tool it is... my son and i are rooting for you fam... use the doubt as fuel and remember fuel evaporates after use! Stay strong, Learn, And improve. on & off the court. Yourz truly, support!

LeBron ought to be ASHAMED of himself, not for trying to help him out but holding an entire organization hostage!!! He knows darn well he is NOT NBA MATERIAL!!!!! BASKETBALL IS NOT FOR HIM. But his younger son is going to be THE ONE!!!! LEBRON PLEASE STOP TRYING TO MAKE HIM BE WHAT YOU WANT HIM TO BE. LET HIM CHOOSE HIS OWN CAREER WITHOUT YOUR INTERFERENCE. STOP IT BEFORE YOU RUIN HIS LIFE!!!!!

You have high school stars that go off to become college stars, and still don’t get drafted. This kid was neither a college or high school. Not even a top 3 player on either team 😂 this is embarrassing.

What LeBron is doing to this kid is unfair. He is clearly not ready for the NBA. That is not a parent’s job to put so much pressure on your kid.
