I’m making a BIG change to my life plus major cruise & travel updates.

I have been alluding to some pretty big changes in my life and I can now reveal what they will be. Slightly terrifying to think what I've done but also hugely exciting. I hope you enjoy the open and honest responses in this vlog - never easy talking on camera let alone when it's so personal. I hope some of what I say resonates with you too. I've been following for a while now and love your content. You inspired me to take my first P&O cruise and like I said I was pleasantly surprised. I'd say to other readers like me who only cruise with one line to try various cruise lines before deciding on a favourite we were too quick to jump into Royal but I can see many advantages to selecting a line on basis of ship, price and destination alone. I'm excited to see all your cruising vlogs and hope despite the summer in Disney that cruise vlogging remains your main output just purely from a selfish stand point as it's the reason why I watch you. Although Disney content is very popular so good luck with that.

I lost my sight in 2019, never knew it was coming, changed my world forever. Life throws some curve balls. Thanks to you we have booked our first cruise . p&o Iona next September for 2 weeks. Absolutely love you and your husbands trips. He is such a sweetheart. Your job / career whilst being important has been the back bone of your life for so long . Teaching ( like Nursing-thats me) has changed so much over the years and getting older I know I need less stress. Why not do something that makes you happy / gives you joy and will pay well. Unfortunately there are some very petty single minded prats out there that feel happy thinking they are making someone else’s life a misery by being nasty when in fact its their jealousy shining through. Good luck with your last few weeks at school and I look forward to reading and watching more of your adventures x

Wow, thats absolutely crazy! I've been a secondary school teacher for 22 years and this year decided to quit and do supply for a better quality of life, have more time for my family and travelling. I have 2 weeks and 2 days left....not that I'm counting 😂. I'm also looking into copywriting so that I can gradually quit altogether. Nervous but excited at the thought of a new venture. Have only just discovered your channel and insta, was looking for info on the Arvia which I've booked for next year, and I'm hooked already, love your enthusiasm, your humour and your honest reviews, winning combination! A really interesting video Jamie. My wife is a teacher assistant, and since she started this career, I have much more respect for teachers and school staff in general.
