Anyone else notice the little secretary desk is now out by the table? 🤣 Put furniture where it works for you! If you want flexibility, put wheels or those little slider things on the feet. Then you (or Peter) can move it back and forth as you want without stressing/torquing the legs. 😷🖖

I think it is wonderful that you have such a heart to educate children about CF. You have a way of keeping it simple so that your information is understandable and not overwhelming. Never met a child that didn’t have a question.....kids are so inquisitive! Peter, you had me in stitches! Mary is having a meltdown in the kitchen and you are trying to not outright laugh at the whole situation🤣🤣 I am glad that you are willing to give muffin baking another try. Don’t let the muffins get the best of you LOL. Who was that handsome dude sporting that cool body sweater.....HARRY! Love to you all and God bless! 🤗❤️❤️🙏🏼😘🐕🐱

I too cook with my heart but baking is another thing completely. I feel baking is a bit like science, you need the right ingredient and portion and mixing to get a good result. I follow baking recipes pretty much exactly (only deviate with "mixim's" sometimes - chocolate chips, nuts, etc). but cooking recipes are treated as suggestions usually. Muffins, to me, are basically cake that you can eat with butter in the morning with coffee.

No judgement but. Am I the only one who has a thing about leaving cabinet doors open? Some people like symmetry. I think doors hanging open interfere with the symmetry. Also, I would probably continually bump into that pantry door if it were in my kitchen.

I made toffee apple crisp, saute the apples in butter until coloured then add a splash of water and cook until soft. Put the apples into your baking vessel and turn up the heat on the pan until the remaining butter and juices caramelise. Pour over the apples and make a crumble topping with flour and butter and sugar rubbed together. Add oats if you like. You can add cinnamon and raisins as well

I'm the same with zen time withs succulents. Leg warmers make good small dog and cat sweaters too,. Loved Harry's sweater bc the cuff is really regal on his neck and suits him. My mixed chi, pom dog is extra long so it's hard finding her a good long sweater. I might use someone's idea here for the sweatshirt sleeve cut out. She needs some winter pajamas and that'd be perfect. lol

You are too funny!! The muffins look great. It can be a challenge to not over bake. I always insert a tooth pick a minute or two before the suggested baking time. If it comes out clean they are done. It will help prevent getting dried out. I love to bake, but also enjoy cooking. Take care 💗
@mockfanatik4 жыл бұрын
Use the muffin method. Dry ingredients in mixing bowl. In another bowl mix wet ingredients together then add to dry and mix, with paddle attachment, as little as possible, it's ok to have lumps. As long as you know this method, you can just look at ingredients. If you ever make blueberry muffins, after mixing, dust blueberries in flour and then fold into batter. This is to prevent blueberry bleeding and sinking. Love your videos!

Hi Mary ... I m enjoying your rant about baking... I m same way. So... I decided to try making cookies with No recipe and they came out pretty yummy... Nothing is measured... your judgement and heart is all you need and much less cleanup... So, in a 3 quart saucepan fill up 3/4 way with bottled water... bring to a boil then lower heat simmer add Quaker 100% whole grain old fash/oats 5 min kind till it thickens a little ... add a new med jar organic all natural peanut butter keep stirring while simmering Low add 1 or 2 lg bars 100% dark unsweetened Dark chocolate ... add small amt baking soda... sprinkle of iodized or sea salt... maybe a 1/2 stick real butter you can add some eggs (I did not) shredded coconut might be good to add and throw in any sweetener you like raw honey or brown sugar. So the consistency should be like oatmeal... have some boiling water on side ready to add in if too thick. scoop onto whatever kind of sheet pan or bake it like a brownie cake... So the oatmeal is the base instead of flour so I think healthier... ps do a half batch first time to see if you guys like it ... I like baking this way... I never liked to measure w/cooking or baking. ps for easier cleanup use tin foil or baking paper on pan

Hey guys, Happy Monday! Mondays are my double Frey Life video days since Sundays I don't watch KZbin. Sorry you had a hard time baking the muffins Mary. Next time try a similar recipe and just keep practicing baking things like muffins.😁 Encouragement of the day for you girl. Anyway,also sorry that Walmart sucked at getting that item you and Peter wanted so bad. Recommend that you and Peter better just start going grocery shopping at Walmart and Aldi in person again or if you still don't feel comfortable going out in public due to COVID19 concerns,then send Peter grocery shopping if you trust him.🙂 Have had many people we know recommend on social media that ordering groceries online can get expensive with delivery fees and a lot of times be unreliable to get what you want even if it saids it's in stock. A lot of grocery pickup services lie because they want people to come and shop in person to give them their business. So it's just better to shop in person.👍😉
