Great episode as always, but I do have a couple of things to say. First, I think the Preserve was fine, first and third chapters were extremely meh despite having John make an appearance. What's really starting to grind my gears is these stories always having human protagonists going around killing Predators. Yes, this was the formula ever since the beginning but Dark Horse made sure we also get interesting predator personalities. Maybe it's time for predator protagonists to start materializing in comic books more often as well. We got spoiled with Thicker Than Blood, the Ahab Chronicles and the Predators from Predator vs Judge Dredd vs Aliens (others too), I'm not sure we can go back to this level of quality unfortunately. Finally, Theta has to be one of the most boring characters in the universe, undeserved body count and plot armor like no other. Rant over, had to get this out of my chest. Edit: Didn't realize how fired up I was whille writing this, on top of coming back from reading Predator vs Black Panther which was baffling to say the least. Makes me appreciate the good comic books we've had over the years from Dark Horse.

Awesome podcast and I’m glad you guys enjoyed the run but personally, I don’t feel like the story isn’t for me. This is just my personal preference, but I hope that they change things up because how many times do we have to see the predator lose over and over to the point where it gets boring, hopefully predator. Badlands breaks this trend and does well because I would love to see more predator stories. Were we either see yautja win or the main protagonist, we’ll see though
