If you've been watching the news lately - no doubt you're familiar with Riley Gaines, the female college swimmer who was forced to compete against a biological male, share a locker room, and even though they tied, give up her trophy. Since then, Gaines has been viciously attacked for standing up for women's rights in sports, but as CBN News learned, her faith in God is giving her a boldness she didn't know she had. These days, it seems Gaines is making a bigger splash outside the pool, from countless interviews to standing before Congress, Gaines has become the face of saving women's sports.

You don't need a religious argument to know this is wrong. I remember growing up in the 1980s and seeing girl's sports become mainstream. It probably took a couple of generations (1960s to later 1990s) to get so many sports open to girls. Great job 1970s wave feminism and parents to give girls so many more options. Back in the 1970s a parent might be looking for sports open for girls. Flash forward 50 years and not only are you back to looking for a sport your daughter can compete in, but you now have to ask if there are guys in their locker rooms. I'm and atheist, but if I had a daughter in the today US, even I'd be moving to the bible belt and looking for a private Christian school. At this rate, it's about the only place I can be she can actually compete in sports and won't be forced to undress with guys watching her. It's madness.

Nothing makes me angrier than such injustice. It’s women’s sports and he was competing as a male with all his man parts intact- how is this fair or safe for that matter. Good for her for being of good courage and fighting against this!🥳🙌🏻💯

A big part of the problem is the "equality of men and women" concept. Men and women are not equal. The outcry should be "equity for men and women."
