Earlier, I'm proud that finally, I choose and consider myself needs over saying yes to other's need, I finally can say no and prioritize that I need time for my own tasks to finish and the rest I need. I know that my old self will be so shy to do that. Back then, I was happy to please others so I always said yes to task even when I have my own, until I drawn-out of workloads and missed a sleep, a life while the others have their own. I've overtime at worked even if it is not paid and less appreciated. And as I grow up, I realize that I need to love myself and put myself first before the others, because when I got sick, stressed and drained, no one can help me but myself. So now, if I know that it will take alot of my time and delay my peraonal task, I will not hesitate to turn them down, for my health sake.
