One thing I have noticed is that the Police recently seem to have become more clued-up about Drone Law. Mostly we now get "I am going to Police" and then no one turns up and the manager is never seen again (as happened today). Even when the Police do turn up they normally understand the Law and have to advise the complainant that Auditor (i.e. DJ) is in the right and then they go.

DJ mate I can honestly tell you that ice would never be an issue. I worked as a contractor for Shell oil in Ellesmere port. I used to go on site to grit the footpaths. What would happen is if there is a threat of ice Via the weather report I would be phoned very early that morning & I mean early like 1-2 am I would then drive to the site if it was my turn being on call and grit all the footpaths before any staff entered site. Most large companies will do this weather it's via contract with the local council or a private company. For safety reasons.

the mc vities factory has been on that Harlesden site since 1902! one of the oldest factories in the area! Heinz was further up the top of Waxlow road situated from 1925 to year 2000 when production moved to Wigan! that site is now located by Garden tv studios where Big brother is now produced! i lived 5 minutes away from that site!

Young lady was very nice and informative good employee Health and safety guy was not so nice Very large factory producing biscuits with 400 staff and a facility in Manchester .well done to them

Parking enforcement had epaulets and a bike that is NOT legal as he was clearly able to accelerate to quite a speed without pedalling, he also was using one and it looks like he mounted the footpath at the last second. The guy that came out just didn't want to listen and showed the company in a bad light, he didn't care about the actual law and thinks he can make up his own laws, I'd have said I can't allow you to wear a watch and then explained it means nothing and you can't stop him wearing a watch and it's no different to him saying he can't allow you to fly the drone because he can't stop you. Second lady was very nice and showed the company in a good light.

I used to do security when Heinz was at the bottom of that road,we used to go to mcvites once a week and get packs of biscuits 10p a pack, back in the 90's, there's a nice pub just beside you with a lovely channel view from the pub garden

yes the grand junction arms! used tolive 5 mins away from that pub. great in the summer having a pint in the beer garden watching the canal barges crusing by!
