I think consistent self-care inspiration where the person isn’t doing it once a year or once in a while but shows that she takes care of herself on a consistent basis and that she shows the balance that you can workout with movement you love and also eat yummy delicious food like l healthy person is amazing inspo for people who have eating disorders. She is confident with taking care of herself and consistent. Love it and think we should have more like her online

No Boxing Day for…I go to work!! My favorite snack during the Holidays is a good Stilton cheese with Fig jam on a slice of Granny Smith apple or toasted baguette!!! Mulled cider or Pinot Grigio

When my boyfriend lived in the US he didn’t go to work on Boxing Day and his boss rang him up to see where he was 😂 I love foodie picky bits, they’re the best part of Christmas. Love love love chocolate but not bounty, hard caramels or crunchie.

Some in America get together Christmas night and everyone brings leftover and host provides drinks. But it’s not a big thing in America and it’s just getting together with friends and loved ones. I’ve never heard it called Boxing Day 🇺🇸🤩💛

I am glad i actually watched until the end because i was about to pause midway and ask what boxing day was. Most of my UK KZbinrs talk about it, which was confusing because im from Namibia, which is in the southern west part of Africa. Here, boxing day is called family day. On the 26Dec is a public holiday. So, from my poor understanding is that boxing day can be considered as family day, right? Or no? Please correct me if im wrong, but besides that, happy holidays 😊

That is my understanding too. No equivalent in the US, it's typically a work day although lots of people do take vacation between Christmas and New year's

Em, I'm hoping that next year you come up with some different content. You're such a great person, but filming what you eat, restaurants, stores where you're buying things and food, workouts (ok the workouts are fun because you love it so), facials, hair...it's just too much self centeredness and too much consuming. I hope next year, you grow, and you offer things on your vlog/channel so that your audience can grow with you. Otherwise, it's just all superficiality and actually...that's not healthy.

Appreciate your comment and you watching but I see what my audience like and they ask about shopping, workouts, restaurants!!! Etc so sadly I won’t be changing. I’m so happy to have an audience who love eating out, taking my restaurant recommendations, workout classes etc. if there’s any suggestions of things you’d like to see though so let me know but equally I vlog my life and i think it would be superficial to pretend to do other things - I share the things I’m passionate about and not everyone will like that, that’s okay as at least I’m being authentic to me! Food, workouts, shopping, travel - I love it all ♥️♥️♥️
