i never usually comment on videos but i really related to what u said about going on holiday and putting on weight and feeling shit abt it. i’ve been on two holidays this year and ate sooooo much that when i came back i couldn’t fit in to any of my jeans! i was very upset but as u said when u get back into the normal eating patterns it will naturally come off! i fit back into one pair now but i just wanted to tell u that you’re not alone and literally everyone who went on holiday has had the same experience so don’t worry:))
