Shinya got lucky that his CEO doesn't mix personal business with professional business or he would have being transferred to different department where he has nothing to do and has no choice, but to resign. Shinya's business practice is really awful as pushing deals that aren't favorable to the client well just result in them not wanting to do business with his company. Him resigning then start working at another company where he's left in the dust by his co-workers should be the wake up call for him, but judging by his status he's probably too prideful to admit he's an awful person.

She always treats everyone like a family and of course they know Keichi and Yui's relationship. One day, Keichi ask the CEO if he wants to marry Yui. Of course, the CEO said yes. A few days later, Keichi married Yui. Months later, they have identical twins. Extra: One day when Keichi and Yui having at the family restaurant, they met Keichi 's buddy Yuto. " Keichi,I heard you married with CEO's daughter. Congratulations to you both. By the way, I want to tell you about Shinya." Keichi haven't seen Shinya since he resigned,so he asked. " What happened to him?" Yuto said,"It seems that the customers had heard everything,so they gossiping nonstop. He still never realized what he said were really inappropriate to say in the public, and he complained about it was all Keichi's fault. Like the story but it is a bit to long for that information you get and weird some times. First of all we have the jerk Shinya and in the whole story he is an jerk and idiot and not more but there are so many things were he annoyed someone and Keiichi didn't say anything harsh to him. Come on shout at him and don't let him introduce the meeting of an important client if he was blown down from them several times. In the end Keiichi said he see now Yui but in real they saw each other after the diner some times. Now they dating. All in all great story and people but so many weird phases.
