Angel the trick to this game to make the balls get pushed up is to make one side of the spinner having the curve pointing up so that when the balls drop the curve would slope to the other spinner and you use one spinner to push the balls up, this way the chances are higher than using 2 spinners at a go. (you can adjust the spinners before you start the game by positioning whatever way you want).

the example of the positioning of the spinner is at 27:14, the right spinner, that position and spam the left spinner 😂😂

and if you notice every 3 balls when you get on top, you will get a big pink ball and those will only hit the targets back behind...the small ones will just drop as normal..

I think I would have told the staff that it was not working from the start. First the flippers then stuck at the back, they should have given you your lost tokens or put some more balls on.
