Hey man as someone that’s currently in law school, it wouldn’t take much to send a cease and desist letter to toast given he is a public figure. You can create this yourself without a lawyer, and while it itself isn’t legally binding, if he refuses to comply and continued to send you false DMCA notices after receiving the cease and desist, you would have tangible grounds to sue for damages, even inside the UK/EU. Once actual legal arbitration is started, he would either be forced to settle/stop, forced to show up in court, or forced to have his own legal representation show up in court on his behalf. Most of the time this isn’t possible because the people sending DMCA’s are either shell companies or LLC’s with no identifiable individual behind them, but since he’s brazen enough to send them himself he can be held liable legally. If he kept sending them after the cease and desist and after official legal course is taken, it would turn the legal standing of what he’s doing from ‘dubiously legal’ to ‘intentional malice’ and would ensure any court of law would side with you. Obligatory I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice, but I just think you oughta know that what he might not see as all that serious could get pretty serious if you were willing to put in the effort. Sending a cease and desist would take minimal effort on your part, and would ensure that if he continues to file false DMCA takedowns you have a standard set of when you officially informed him that what he’s doing is an intentional abuse of the system and that you’re requesting he stop else you will seek legal action.

I know because I've been a moderator on this channel since he had 500 subs and his impact is virtually completely handicapping this channel daily and costing 10IQ over 10K in personal damages from the earnings he WOULD have made making content that he has had to made for free because this is what he stands for. You may have to come off a retainer.. But my lawyer didn't make money until we won my lawsuit.

hello why are you not clarifying on how does the aimbot work.... i had many people on arena streaming and when i look at their aim on stream it is very sus... they do not have crosshair placement of a good players but whenever i am crouching they will just rush and prefire right in the head if i stand, it will be headshot prefire, they also never check angles where you are not only where you are there they will prefire even though you didnt make a sound.... i mean when i play agains really good players i never feel cheated on cuz i can actually understand where i made the mistake.... with cheaters and aimbot it always feels like you had no chance to even fire a bullet.... am i wrong or cuz i can swear ive seen multiple people on arena after playing with them having same symptoms with aim like sudden toast ..... i mean desync is huge aswell and that can also look like cheats sometimes so thats why i was asking on suddens toast videos, how does that shit work..... more often their aim will never be on the head but people would just die....

When you’re posting stuff publicly on yt, things like freedom of speech are null & void since it’s their personal platform, and not yours. If you post someone else’s content it technically is copyright infringement. If nothing has been done about suddenly toast’s account by this point, nothing probably will. If you continue going after him it does kind of look like you’re harassing/ bullying him (even though you’re doing gods work). No matter what, cheaters are going to exist, and that’s just the crappy reality of it.
