Because the later movies after Superhero Taisen Otsu it was too centered on Kamen Rider than a Rider X Sentai crossover movie itself, and far worse if it has bad writing.

I am surprised they are doing another crossover after Shirakura said Superhero Senki will be the final crossover movie between KR and Sentai but lets see what it turns out to be also a big reason why I think Sentai is not in the title is because they might have a very small role and it makes sense considering KR is just a bigger brand name and franchise in general
