Dude you rock. I aspire to be as outspoken, supportive, and purposeful in helping others as you are. In a wild world like this, sometimes even good things like kindness can be unexpectedly hard to process. But I hope you know that there are many people who are grateful for how you’re pushing back against hate, uplifting the voices of others, and sharing your knowledge, especially when some others are so ignorant (willfully or not). We need more of that in this world, so keep rocking it and thank you for all you do🤘Channels like yours and your posts are keeping my faith in humanity alive, which I really need right now. I have adhd too and I’m so used to negative feedback since I struggle in ways average people don’t. So for me, kindness can almost feels suspicious sometimes lol. A few decades ago a wealthy business associate told some people that I was the smartest man in Columbus Ohio. I was embarrassed and angry. I knew he was wrong but was not inclined to prove it. It's a bit like being the fastest gun in the west. Somebody was sure to try to prove you weren't. I withdrew from all social events so as to not be asked silly questions meant to prove I was not so smart.

So a part of you is uncomfortable and it’s ruling the house. You can talk to that Part and be curious about its discomfort. Maybe learn something new and helpful to the system. It’s helped lots of people to realize they have parts which do what they do for some very good reason. Keep going. I’m learning to tan hides. It’s very physical work. Still can sleep at night thinking about my three adult sons’ futures. I like how human you are too. It helps with the isolation I feel this state.
