@@abhishekjha8645 I personally don’t think Xavi is a failure, in fact very few managers could’ve come into a financially struggling Barça like Xavi did and transformed the squad to make it as competitive as it is now AND won 2 trophies in his first full season. I think if Xavi stayed a few more seasons we could in the near future be actual ucl competitors. But the main problem is that the media in Barcelona is very critical of drops in performances and this has affected Xavi mentally. But we’ll see what the summer brings.
