Appreciate the support. I was also thoroughly impressed with the results. I wish I would’ve waited one more day to record the update. Because it is an even more of a night and day difference than from yesterday, which was day 5 of post application.

What time of day are you applying Fourplay? I heard you shouldn’t do it at night to prevent disease.

I only had to apply it the one time. I try to not put anything down at night that needs to be watered in. Yes you can possibly get fungus or disease from grass staying wet throughout the night. But once or twice doesn’t cause issues. As long as you’re watering in the morning or the evening and has time to dry before sunsets. You’ll be fine.

No. Because I was hand watering those spots daily before the application was put down. It’s always smart to do the same thing you were doing before adding something new. To see if there’s a change or not. If I wasn’t hand watering before I did it, then yeah, I could see how that would come across as it just being that it was hand watered. Everything stayed the same before, during and after the control.

I did the install. I know there wasn’t any big rocks when we sodded. Also brought in close to 4” of topsoil. The biggest issue is it’s slightly sloped and has a metal edging between the turf and the garden. So it tends to get a little hotter. But the Fourplay fixed it by 90%-95%. Thoroughly impressed

Well, fwiw, you did water the dormant areas more tban you would ha e otherwise. The true test would have been to water the entire yard like you normally would.

Thing is. I was hand watering those spots for weeks prior to the application. No watering schedule changed. I kept hand watering after the application the same as before.

Your loss. Not mine. I don’t make money off this stuff. I really don’t care what you believe. But I was hand watering those spots daily before the application and then I hand watered them for 4-5 days post application. I only water my entire lawn 2x per week. Like I said. Idc if you’re convinced or not 😂
