Omg. Feel better soon Tracy I am sending a lot of hugs I also woke up this morning with a cold did not know what was going on with me was very hesitant because of covid so my granddaughter picked my up a home test and It came back POSITIVE!!! I have covid! I am quarantined at home. Please pray for me I will pray for you!!! God bless y'all ❤️

Feel better soon, im tired been away all weekend visiting my brother, his wife and two and half year old neice, who never stops. Takes about 5 1/2 hours to get there too with a short stop to eat.

Ever try aspirin free excederin it’s Tylenol with caffeine…so when you are not wanting to drink a caffeinated product it’s in the aspirin..I carted when it worked for me.

I recommend not ingesting any caffeine. I find that when I ingest a lot of caffeine over an extended time I get headaches, feel lethargic, and flu like. Your body might have some adrenal fatigue. Just a recommendation. Other than that hope you get to feeling better.

Adrenal fatigue is a myth. It’s not a true illness. Caffeine helps headaches.
