It's actually a shame how things just unfolded at the night of the event. At these times we just have to accept the fact and move on fox. No matter how disappointing it was, we can only take it as a learning experience and make it better for the next time. Hopefully everything gets sorted well and there wont be a mismatch at all for your next fight. Let’s call a spade a spade. It genuinely looks like you hit him in the back of the head when he was on one knee. Shots to the back of the head can send a vibration like feeling through the back of your neck, which hurts pretty bad. If that did happen, it makes sense why he didn’t get up. I don’t like how misfits will sometimes ignore these things. Like KSI was hitting Pineda on the back of the head many times with zero warning. If Misfits wants to seriously grow as a promotion and be taken seriously, they need to be taking things like that seriously and hold fighters accountable, no matter how big of a star they are.

While I broadly agree, I'm not sure if you've ever boxed but it's very difficult to land clean shots when people are scared, turning their heads away and clearly didn't come to fight. Once you've estimated a shot and thrown a punch with a heavy glove on it shouldn't have to be expected that the opponent is going to turn their head away so you hit the back of their head. Protect yourself at all times. I don't blame JJ or Fox for those back of head shots at all but I do blame the matchmakers for these fighters being put in these situations.. not fair at all to put the sole responsibility at the feet of the fighters.
