Garp will always be the hero. Once piece logic, never assumed they're dead if they are being shown blasted to pieces or just be like Whitebeard or Ace who died on the spot. It's just "disappearance". I said this because Kuzan froze Saul and Saul is still alive. Look at Kuzan covering Garp's wounds with ice to stop from bleeding. His disappearance will not be in vain. (for sure he is still alive. I bet he is just being chained with big chains and in a cell also covered by bandages)

awe I truly hope that is the case. With Garp's back story and his last lesson I really think that was meant to be Garp's farewell to Koby & the marines, I mean they were all crying as bad as I was.💔❤‍🩹 I'm so sad that he didn't even get to say Goodbye to Luffy!!!
