@ES11777 Yep. I rescue myself, and I've NEVER had an animal k1ll3d because it "was dangerous." NEVER because thats an excuse people who dont understand animals use. Either that or they're gritting and trying to hide what they're doing. My last dog was a Pittie that everyone was afraid of. He was 80# and had been horrifically abused, so he reacted to everyone and everything out of fear. I took him home, and after a few days, he calmed down and became a fantastic dog. Takis is legit. Like me, he only puts animals down if they're suffering. That's the difference between Lee and Takis. Lee is a fraud, and I'm glad he's being exposed. Anyone who defends him is an enabler and doesn't truly love animals.

@ES11777 FYI: There's NO SUCH THING as a "bipolar dog" or a dog that's "unpredictable and switches moods." The woman who said that is mentally ill, doesn't understand dogs, and shouldn't be allowed to be around animals. Shame on Lee for associating with the trash he does and not personally getting involved to save that poor dog's life. He's doing a lot of damage, and the animals he claims to love are suffering. All of you defending this are enablers and are why evil persists.

It’s ironic that your defence is “people don’t understand animals” yet YOU are the one who doesn’t understand basic genetics. Pitbulls were bred for dogfighting by POS humans. That’s the only reason this breed exists. Why don’t you deny the fact that herding dogs like to herd, even if untrained? Because it’s in their nature. But you will twist the truth to convince everyone including yourself that pitbull breed characteristics (aggression towards other dogs and humans, unpredictable behaviour), which were bred into them, are not there. What is your agenda? Endanger everyone, including pitbulls? Are there some “normal” pitbulls out there? Sure. If the aggression has been bred out of them (even then, it’s risky, because genes like to express themselves in unique situations), or they’re an anomaly. But if a pitbull is a descendant of mostly aggressive pitbulls, the characteristics of the breed will most likely remain. That was the case with Chevy, who was described as mentally unstable by a licensed dog trainer. Again, if you are irresponsible enough to adopt such a dog, make sure it’s only you who is in danger and don’t throw innocent dogs and people around you under the bus. Thank goodness Lee has more sense than you. And thank goodness Takis didn’t come across an aggressive pitbull/dogo argentino yet.

She is actually not a good example, since there is heaps of valid criticism directed at her, like defending sexual abusers or believing that sick people should "suffer like Christ" and denying them medical care, using donation money to spread her faith instead of seflessly helping others. Takis on the other hand is actually suffering to make life better for his animals. So criticising his methods, which are born out of necessity and limited resources while he still gives everything he has, is way more erroneous.
