Hey Tony, I have been enjoying your recent videos with your NorCal buddy. How does he like Thailand? Since he is still leaning towards the Phillipines, it would be interesting to hear his thoughts on the place….the lifestyle, the food, the countryside, the nightlife, the people. An informal interview with him would be a cool thing for your channel. Good of you to address the hat and the feet thing….everybody is a critic and everybody can’t wait to jump on their fellow man over small things. Whatever happened to, “don’t sweat the small stuff”? Oh well, people will be people….that’s one thing that is guaranteed in this life. Keep those videos coming!!

I had pre-paid for the annual Non-O retirement visa. No payment was needed, just a check-in.

I think alot of men lean towards the Philippines at first because the women/girls speak English and because it's like shooting fish in a barrel. I've been there 5-6 times and the girls approach the Expat to get together weather at the mall, restaurant or on the street. Makes a guy feel wanted. Not really as easy in Thailand. Philippines is poorer so women need money more so more aggressive to find a guy with money....Living in Thailand you can get a much nicer place cheaper and quality of food and life in gets better

The Thais are always conscious of respect toward elders. Whether they say anything or not. They'll give a lot of leeway for a farang who is paying the bills, but I'd bet it still rubs them wrong.
