This show wouldn’t have lasted without the overly dramatic behaviors. It’s what drove the ratings on top of how messed up a lot of the stories are. In a few episodes you catch the producers showing signs for the audience to clap too. It’s not a really authentic show for the most part and for most of its duration either.
