Title screen levels are example levels created by Nintendo. The "creator" took one of these levels and did exactly 2 things, they reduced the timer and removed the autoscroll. So there's 0 creativity involved

Levels like the last one must be read as "get the item" (trophy) instead of "keep the powerup". I don't know if you know what I mean. If you play them thinking as I propose, you don't get frustrated trying to find the item and enjoy the ride to the end.

what youre talking about can be made functionally similar by making it “defeat all 1 [enemy]” and making it a room near the end, the defeat of the enemy being like the ‘trophy’ that you really played the level. though, the goalpost at the end is essentially a long trophy…

First 2 levels shouldn't have been booed imo, the first level was just a bit misleading and deserved a meh. The second was just a mistake, a coin can overlap ground so they just accidentally put a hole there.

Even if a coin can overlap ground, the question still has to be asked as to why the 2nd level creator needed to make 2 sides? If we’re talking aesthetics, that whole side could have just been bricked up wall. As to the 1st level it was misleading but that’s not really a good thing. The level already had little going for it particularly with an extra & unnecessary BB fight, the least the creator could have done was add a bit of ground to match his arrows or actually scoot them over to make them accurate. I mean the creator added that final arrow pointing right which indicates that they knew the arrows were off course & elected to do nothing about it. And would it kill them to put any way to damage yourself once you make it to the goal so you don’t have to start over if you’re too big to complete the already pointless clear condition? Not one spike or enemy near the goal at all? I can understand a Meh for the 2nd level but that 1st one just had too many rookie fixable mistakes that couldn’t be ignored
